We were a small team in comparison to the organizations we were supporting but we were talented. In those moments we can really deliver superior results and realize value. In those moments we have the right team of coaches, the right leadership engagement, and the right level of influence. Agile has become trendy and everyone wants to claim their agile and even spend a lot of money on consultants, without putting in the work to become agile. I have seen firsthand how much of a difference becoming agile can truly make on an organization and the teams working for that organization.Īs Agile Coaches, we aren’t always positioned to succeed. Becoming Agile takes time and pursuing a transformation can be quite expensive. I can see why agile transformations are being impacted.
